
Helvella queletii Bres. 1882
It looks similar to Helvella macropus in that it forms a gray-brown cup-like cap attached to a stem. Unlike Helvella macropus, however, the stem is white and is prominently ribbed. It can be found spring through autumn in conifer and deciduous woods. It is in the Helvellaceae family of the Pezizales order of the ascomycota.
