Amanita multisquamosa Peck (Amanita cothurnata, A. pantherina var. multisquamosa)
Cap is whitish-yellowish with a pale tan to yellow disc and white to yellowish warts from universal veil. Margin is striate in age. Gills are crowded and exhibit numerous short gills. Ring. Rimmed basal bulb with volal material forming a loose collar at top of bulb.
