LACTARIUS chrysorrheus has cream to pale yellow cap, that is somewhat zoned with watery orange spots. The gills are cream colored. White flesh. Its slowly acrid white latex turns bright SULPHUR YELLOW on contact with air. Pale yellow spores. Under oaks.  Similar to Lactarius vinaceorufescens. Not a good edible.
